I had better write something soon!!!

Or a year will have passed without updating this darn blog!

I keep telling myself I need to sit down and do a lengthy update so everyone knows exactly where we are and what we are doing. And yet the thought of such a task leads me away to do other tasks...anything but a lengthy update! So finally I've just said "pa-tooey!" (yep, "patooey!") and decided to write what I'd much rather write about...funny things my kids do and say! :)

This afternoon I unpacked one of our few remaining boxes and left it out for the girls to play with. According to Emily on the way to school this morning, "we've lived here for a long long long time (uh Em...only 4 1/2 months), when are we going to move again?". So playing in a box is something they haven't been able to do for a long long long time. Anyways, they were immediately enthralled by said box. They were both hiding in it, taking turns hiding in it, etc. But by far the best? Playing "jack in the box" with it! One of them would hide in it while the other one would turn a pretend crank and sing "pop goes the weasel!" So funny! The things they come up with!

Life in the Chung household is never dull. And to think in a few short months another one will bless this house (that we've lived in for a long long long time). I can't imagine what life will be like then! My turn to hide in the box!

ahaha! jack in the box! the ideas that kids have that are so genius. glad to know that kids nowadays do play with non-electronic toys and still can come up with crazy ideas rather than feeling bored :)

Hey Chungs! I saw that you updated your blog on the Pike blog! Glad to see you are well and continuing to grow! Wow! Cute story. Boy, seems like we travel through GR quite often, maybe one of these times we can stop long enough(more than our potty break at the Holiday on Hwy 2) to say hello!
