Conversations with Jesus

It was just before nap/quiet time and Emily was going potty and "poo". (I'm assuming mostly parents are reading this so you know how frank these discussions are with our young ones).
Emily said, "Mom why is my poop so tough coming out today?"
I answered, "I don't know honey" (the customary response when Mommy is too tired to properly answer)
Emily, "But I've been eating lots and lots of vegetables so it shouldn't be."
Me, "I know honey, sometimes it can still be tough."
Emily, "Jesus, why is my poop being so tough to come out when I've been eating my vegetables?"
Emily waits for a few seconds and then looks up at me and in a hushed whisper says, "What did He say Mom?"

That's awesome! What did God tell you? (I imagine I'll need that answer from God at some point too!)

@Steve - to be honest, I was left absolutely speechless. I'm blaming it on being tired. But she wasn't too put off, she just continued on with her conversation and even took on a "Jesus" part. I'm pretty confident He'd be ok with it.
@Renee - we keep a bag of dried apricots on hand for such occasions. :) But it is also a great way to keep kiddies eating their veggies!
